Please note that this is the mykinkykitty.com website return policy. Retail locations have a NO return/NO exchange policy.

Returns that smell of smoke, body odor, or are without original packaging will not be accepted at any time and will be returned to the purchaser.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for some items. While we carry top quality merchandise from the world’s leading manufacturers of adult products, only products with warranty coverage can be returned to the manufacturer. Please read below to see if your item meets our return or exchange qualifications.

Adult Novelties
Adult toys are sold as novelty items only. Because of their very personal nature, we are unable to accept returns for used adult toys. This policy is upheld for the protection of all our customers and assurance that the merchandise selected is new and unused at the time of delivery. This policy also protects our employees from handling or exposing themselves to unsanitary conditions or potential STD’s. Buyer holds harmless the seller for any liability. Many of our manufacturers, including Lelo, We-Vibe, California Exotics and more, offer more extensive product warranties when you register your product with them. We always encourage you to register eligible products in case of any product failures covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Return Process
If mykinkykitty.com agrees to accept a return, the customer must keep your return merchandise in its original packaging and place it in a box suitable for shipping. Any item that was agreed upon must be returned within 10 days of purchase. You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional shipping labels that may be on your return package. Please include the packing slip that was with your order and a note telling us what the problem was with your return merchandise. Return the box via the carrier of your choice (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS). Shipping charges for returns or exchanges cannot be refunded. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement items.

Unauthorized Returns and Restocking Fees
• If you return a product that is not defective, it will be refused. If we are forced to accept your return of a non-defective product a 20% restocking fee will be imposed.

• If you refuse to accept the same product in exchange for a defective product, a 20% restocking fee will be imposed.

If we are unable to provide you with the same product in exchange for a defective product, we will be happy to issue you a credit.
